坠入爱河 – A Case of Twitterpation

April seems a great time to fall in love.  Flowers are in full bloom, the sun is shining, and the bleak winter seems forever behind us!  I have fallen for a man named Scott Bradlee who I met…well, okay…I’ve never met him.  And this whole-hearted admiration came from stumbling across him earlier today on YouTube (although I seem to remember watching his videos a few years ago too).  Where, oh fair Mr. Bradlee, have you been hiding?

So who is this man?  He is a musician who both plays the piano and arranges music in delightful cover styles.  One of my favorite of his covers is when he turned Iggy’s song Fancy into a piece that would have fit well in the Jazz Age 1920s.

The only major dislike I have for good ol’ Scott is that he is visiting Richmond, VA in May…before I get back to the states from China.  (But for any loyal readers/family members who live in Richmond and enjoy good, reasonably priced, music…you should check him out at the National Theatre on May 15th.)
